Calyx & TeeBee: Sawn Off
June 10, 2015What is arguably one of the top Drum & Bass albums? Calyx & Teebee’s “All or Nothing” which was released back in 2012. This album is still on heavy rotation for many. I know for a fact it’s in my top 25 most played list on iTunes and probably will never be deleted off my iPhone. No road trip is complete without it.
Now, finally Calyx & TeeBee are releasing new tracks again and the wait has been well worth it! After dominating the Beatport Top 100 with their most recent single ‘A Day That Never Comes / Snakes & Ladders’, they won’t be applying the brakes anytime soon, especially in the lead up to their greatly anticipated second album on the Ram imprint.
With an album laying just out of reach, each single release is bringing us closer and closer to the inevitable. This particular release “Sawn Off” is one wicked banger. You can’t go wrong with gun sounds!
